1. Who we are

Swa. Anusayabai Ramji Londhe Pratishthan is a non-profit institution registered with the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Hingoli Region (Inquiry No. 211/21), with its office at C/o Shri Sharad Digambar Londhe, At & Post Sirsam Bk., Tq. & Dist. Hingoli, Maharashtra, India. We decide how the personal information described here is used.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the subject you choose, your message and the language you were using.
• Donations: your name, e-mail address, phone number and message (if you give them), the amount, and the Razorpay order and payment reference numbers.
• Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet details are entered only on Razorpay's secure checkout. We never receive or store them.
• Technical information sent with a form or donation: your IP address and browser type, used only to prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
• Preferences: a "lang" cookie remembers your language, and your theme and text size are saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics services.
• Authorised members of the Pratishthan who sign in to the admin panel receive a secure sign-in cookie. Visitors do not.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, membership request, volunteering or partnership offer.
• To process your donation, confirm it and keep the accounts that the Pratishthan's Rules and the law require us to keep and have audited.
• To protect the website and our records from spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. When we share information

• Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., which processes online donations under its own privacy policy.
• The companies that host this website and its database, only so they can store it on our behalf.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not share your details with any other organisation without your consent.

5. Other websites and services

The Contact page shows a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for how those websites handle personal information.

6. How we protect your information

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Information is stored in a secured cloud database, and only authorised members of the Pratishthan can see it, using individual password-protected accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our records. Donation records are kept for as long as accounting and legal requirements apply. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, unless we must keep it by law (for example, donation records);
• withdraw your consent to further use of your information;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

9. Children

This website is meant for adults. Please do not send us personal information about a child without the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
